Impact Litigation is a powerful strategic tool for supporting charitable missions, advancing equity and driving systemic change – a tool that is currently being underutilized in Colorado.
Join Philanthropy Colorado and the Colorado Center for Law and Policy for a 90-minute learning program to help our foundation members engage effectively in the litigation process. This includes a broad range of opportunities, from grantmaking support for litigation to participating in litigation networks and submitting Friends-of-the-Court Briefs. We’ll clarify legal rules, highlight a wide variety of current litigation efforts and share emerging impact litigation opportunities.
If you are currently engaged in litigation, please plan to attend and share brief details during the program.
