Phlanthropy Colorado members elect board officers and directors at Annual Meeting

Philanthropy Colorado members unanimously elected the following slate at our Annual Meeting on Dec. 7:

Board Officers for 2022:

  • Chair: Gary Steuer, President and CEO, Bonfils-Stanton Foundation
  • Vice Chair: Tariana Navas-Nieves, Director of Cultural Affairs, Denver Arts & Venues
  • Treasurer: LaDawn Sullivan, Director of Black Resilience Fund in Colorado, The Denver Foundation
  • Secretary: Megan Ledin, Executive Director, Grand Foundation

 

New Directors (see bios below) for three-year term starting Jan. 1, 2022, through Dec. 31, 2024:

  • Raymael Blackwell, Senior Program Officer, Caring for Denver Foundation
  • Morris W. Price, Jr., Vice President of Grants, The Colorado Trust
  • Deirdre Sullivan, President and CEO, United Way of Larimer County

 

Director for a second term starting Jan. 1, 2022, through Dec. 31, 2024:

  • Katie Kramer, President and CEO, The Boettcher Foundation

 

Extending second term (per bylaws) to complete board leadership positions through Dec. 31, 2023:

  • Gary Steuer, President and CEO, Bonfils-Stanton Foundation

 

Continuing on the board as directors by virtue of a previous election:

  • Kristi Petrie, Executive Director, AJL Charitable Foundation
  • Renee Ferrufino, Vice President of Development, Women’s Foundation of Colorado
  • Tatiana Hernandez, Chief Executive Officer, Community Foundation Boulder County
  • Virginia Romano, Chief Executive Officer, Vera and Joseph Dresner Foundation
  • Ellen Sandberg, Vice President of Community and Client Relations, PNC Bank
