This short survey is designed to understand more about the employment status of artists and creative workers over the course of the pandemic and today, and to understand whether and how government support programs such as state and federal pandemic-related unemployment assistance programs impacted creative workers. This data, alongside data gathered over the course of the pandemic, will be used to paint a portrait of the impact of COVID-19 and the ensuing economic crisis on artists and creative workers as a mechanism for informing advocacy and policy, encouraging systemic change both within the sector and beyond, and documenting the crisis for the future.
