Rural Funders Learning Network: Grand and Jackson Region Visit

Wednesday, September 17, 2025, 10:00 AM - September 18, 2:30 PM

Philanthropy Colorado’s Rural Funders Learning Network is partnering with the Grand Foundation (serving Grand, Jackson and Clear Creek Counties) to offer this visit to rural and statewide funders.

Join us for a visit to this area to learn about local and regional issues ranging from early childhood care, housing and workforce, inclusion and belonging, food security, wildfire resilience post-five-years, arts and more. We will also meet with community leaders from nearby Jackson County and Town of Walden, as well as integrate information on Jackson into other parts of the visit.

This is an opportunity for funders interested in the Grand and Jackson area and rural philanthropy to expand their knowledge and connections in this region, as well as explore options to work together for the betterment of the region.

Day 1, Wednesday, September 17, 2025:

  • 10:00am Start with Welcome and Opening [Granby]
  • Grand County: Overview on Workforce and Housing
  • Early Childhood in the Region
  • Lunch, on site
  • See and Hear in Granby: Mountain Family Center & Grand Kids
