As CEO of Denver Health since 2022, Donna Lynne’s leadership has a critical impact on Colorado community health and equity. Denver Health plays a vital role as the state’s largest safety-net health system and lifeline for vulnerable populations. Its impact extends statewide as a model for integrated care, health equity and community trust.
Lynne, Dr. P.H., previously served as Colorado’s Lieutenant Governor and Chief Operating Officer (2016-2019) and held executive leadership roles at Kaiser Foundation Health Plan and Kaiser Foundation Hospitals. She is listed among Modern Healthcare’s Top 25 Women in Healthcare and has been recognized with the Distinguished Coloradan Award from the University of Colorado Denver and the Health Care Hero Award from Project CURE. Lynne serves on the board of the Colorado Healing Fund and History Colorado.
Jandel Allen-Davis, MD serves as the President and CEO of Craig Hospital, a world-renowned specialty hospital dedicated to spinal cord and brain injury rehabilitation. Serving patients from across the state and country, Craig combines cutting-edge medical care with innovative therapies. Beyond its clinical outcomes, Craig is a leader in research, advocacy and community reintegration.
Dr. Allen-Davis is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and had an active 25-year practice. She served as Vice President of Government, External Relations and Research for Kaiser Permanente Colorado (2009-2018). Among Allen-Davis’ many awards and recognitions is the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce Del Hock Lifetime Achievement Award, the Colorado Business Committee for the Arts John L Madden Jr. Leadership Award and Girl Scouts Women of Distinction, in addition to recognition by the Denver Business Journal as one of the Outstanding Women in Business.
