Join us to hear from colleagues in the field about how they approach equity conversations by starting with a focus on belonging and quality of life. Asking the question, "Does everyone in our community feel as though they belong?" has proven to be an effective way of sparking meaningful and important discussions about how to advance various forms of equity in rural places.
There will be time for follow-up questions and breakout group discussions to discuss how this work resonates and ways you are implementing rural equity work.
