The February 9 meeting is open to all Philanthropy Colorado members interested in a presentation on the Rural Homes Early Childhood Initiative and specifically, the development of the Ouray Waterview affordable housing project. A portion of the Ouray housing units are being built to facilitate the start of new, licensed family childcare home businesses, particularly by low-to-moderate income individuals, and includes an accelerator and demonstration project. The Rural Homes presentation will take place from 2:00-3:00 PM.
