The A.V. Hunter Trust is pleased to announce an opening for a part-time Accounting Manager. The Trust is Colorado’s oldest private foundation and provides funding to assist youth, seniors, indigent and disabled populations in Colorado. This position will manage the day-to-day accounting activities of the Trust and coordinate the annual audit and preparation of tax returns. The position reports to the Executive Director.
The ideal candidate will be compassionate toward those in need, self-motivated, able to meet deadlines, and willing to collaborate with other staff members. The Trust fosters a friendly, team-oriented environment. We have a small but solid team in place where all members respect each other, rely on each other, and work well independently and together to carry out the mission of the Trust.
